What is traqr?
traqr secures peer-to-peer deals by holding buyer funds in escrow until delivery conditions are met. traqr coordinates pickup, in-transit updates, and delivery evidence so both parties can complete deals with confidence.
Which banks can I cash out to?
You can cash out to all major South African banks. The full supported bank list is shown in-app when you connect your account.
Is traqr available in other countries?
Right now traqr is only available in South Africa. You can only receive a login SMS PIN while you are in South Africa.
How do I launch a dispute?
You can dispute before shipping if pickup images do not match the agreed item, or dispute on delivery if the received item is not what you expected. If a return is required after delivery, return shipping fees apply.
Who can create a deal and invite the other party?
Either buyer or seller can create a deal in the app, generate a deal QR code, and invite the other party to join. Once both sides join, the transaction can be funded and tracked end to end.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer pays for shipping when they fund escrow. The shipping amount is added together with the item amount at checkout so fulfillment can be booked immediately.
How much does traqr cost?
traqr charges a platform fee of ZAR 50 (subject to change) to the seller, deducted on payout. Shipping fees are separate and depend on package weight and volume, with rates set by the fulfillment partner selected by the buyer in-app.
Are shipping fees fixed?
No. Shipping fees vary by parcel weight, dimensions/volume, and the fulfillment partner chosen at checkout. Final cost is shown before escrow funding is completed.
Can the buyer inspect items before payout is released?
Yes. Buyers can inspect based on delivery evidence and deal terms before release. traqr also sends detailed images captured at pickup, helping confirm condition and packaging early in the journey.
What happens if there is a dispute?
If a dispute is raised, payout is paused while the case is reviewed against deal terms and tracking evidence. If the buyer is awarded a refund, the item amount and shipping amount funded in escrow are refunded.
When does the seller get paid?
Seller payout is released immediately after delivery conditions in the deal are satisfied and no unresolved dispute is active. The ZAR 50 platform fee is deducted from seller payout at release.
Can buyers and sellers track delivery in real time?
Yes. traqr provides shipment status updates from pickup to drop-off. Both parties can follow progress in-app and see milestones tied to escrow and delivery events.
How do I start a secure deal on traqr?
Firstly ,download the app from the Google Play Store or App Store. Create an account,connect your bank account ,create a deal and QR Code and share the QR Code invite with the other party. Once both parties join, the buyer funds escrow (item plus shipping), pickup is scheduled, and traqr + traqr guides the transaction to completion.
